Acts 2:14, 22-33 (commentary)

At Pentecost, Peter proclaimed Jesus as the Nazorean Messiah, interpreting Scripture as fulfilled in him. Though crucified through human sin, God raised and exalted him. Citing the Psalms, Peter argued that David’s prophecies foretold Christ’s resurrection and ascension. Jesus is vindicated as both Messiah and Lord.
