Peter and John Before the Sanhedrin: Courage, Resurrection, and the Rejected Messiah (Acts 4:1‑11)

Peter and John were arrested and brought before the Sanhedrin, the priests, the captain of the Temple guard, the Sadducees, the rulers, the elders and the teachers of the law. Peter, filled with courage, proclaimed the resurrection of Jesus, quoting Ps 118:22 and remembering Lk 12:11 and John 15:18.
